Freeview channels missing

freeview is prone to things like this.
Mine went like these several weeks ago where i have no BBC1,BBC2, ITV, Ch4,Ch5. but after searching through every channel i found theses where still their but under channels 800+.
it took several factory resets and retunes for these to show up as normal.0 -
I have retuned again and see the HD channels were in 800's, so as mentioned, they were probsbly moved, but sky news is still missing, nt sure what else. At last retune I had 50 tv, 16 radio and I think 13 'data' which are the subscribed channels, of which i don't subscribe too. Not sure how to do a factory restore on Samsung 650, will have to dig out the manual, tho i didn't find it much use for things when I first had the tv lol.0
