Freeview channels missing

Hi, hope someone can help.
I seem to be missing several channels on my freeview since yesterday, eg BBC1, BBC2, Sky News.
I know they were beggaring about with the Winter Hill transmitter yesterday but I understood that was all finished. I've retuned twice today but still the channels are missing.
Any suggestions?

It'd help if you both named the transmitter you receive from.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

I had a phone call from a panicking SIL last night apparently Winter Hill has been putting messages on-screen for a week now advising that people needed to do a retune yesterday, talked her through a retune on two TV's and now both OK making sure that they were back to factory settings and previous settings were deleted first.0

I had a similar problem a while ago and ended up having to do a factory re-set on my freeview channels rather than just a re-tune to get the missing channels back.0

A retune happened yesterday (10 April 2013) to clear C61 and C62:
COM5 (the Sky News multiplex) moved from 61- to 49
PSB1 (the BBC1/BBC2 multiplex) moved from 62- to 50Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried this on both TVs and it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
One of the TVs is a newish Toshiba with built in freeview. There's no option in the menus to do a reset so I unplugged the aerial, did an auto scan (to wipe all the previously saved channels), then plugged the aerial back in and re-scanned via "first time installation". Still no BBC 1 etc.
The other TV is an older one with a set top box. That does have a reset funtion in the menu so I scanned without the aerial, did the reset then re-scanned with the aerial. Still no BBC1 etc.
Am I missing something? Any ideas how to restore factory settings on the Toshiba (22DL702B), or does the "first time installation" scan wipe the previous settings anyway?0 -

You may need to try scanning for channels a few times, it took me 3 attempts to get ITV4 and Dave the last time I had to do it
