Yeah I think you're fine doing it - there's another poster (ilean) who posts when she needs shoppers!

I think you'll be welcome on these boards :D
  • Any 1 else having trouble getting onto RE? I have a MS at a restaurant/pub chain and want to clarify what I have to order! They are very specific with the drinks, Ale & Coffee (Neither of which I like!) I have the questionnaire but it doesn't say!
I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!

real ale from the pump and a coffee ... if you have food it has to be steak or beer & burger. (the beer can be the ale).

you could also order extra things ie an extra drink.

I can't get onto RE either at the mo, a pain as I have been doing my October MS accounts & need some figures from them.

For anyone who is interested, I did a total of 29 MS's in october, after purchases & fuel etc made a profit of £152 but got quite a few products which I will use (and £30 worth of one product which I have sold to my dad so actually £182 profit);)) & 2 meals out & 2 lots of drinks out so I'm a happy bunny., as long as Gap sort out their problems with the rejection error on their system & I get paid for them all!

Alittlestressed, you have to order one non-specific real ale (pint or 1/2) & a coffee, check the coffee is served in a branded mug with biscuit, spoon etc. HTH;)

In England we have Mothering Sunday & Father Christmas, Mothers day & Santa Clause are American merchandising tricks:mad: Demonstrate pride in your heirtage by getting it right please people!
  • Thanx, at least a 1/2 pint will be cheaper as I'm not gna drink it!!

  • Mmm, I can get on to RE no problems, which is odd as I seem to be the only one who can't get onto GAP at all for the last few weeks - no matter what address I use! Grrr....
Good going with all those MS Lillibet, I am going to have to practice the fastest finger next week as I only have one booked for tuesday so need to get refreshing those pages pretty often LOL

Timne, not sure if you can help with this tax question. For the stamp jobs and others in a high street store you have to buy something of £5 and over and what I was wondering, as I often get something that costs me £7, can I put the whole £7 down as an expense for tax purposes or can I only say £5?

    Hope you can advise please?
  • Hi Peops.

Many thanks for this thread (and the masses of info), I have signed up and completed my first assignment. Unfortunately it was a phone shop and I had to be a bit negative. But I was honest so ...

Anyway, a quick message to those who are having difficulty getting into GR this morning. It seems like they are having trouble with their DNS (like a phone book for the web). If you cant get into the site using their domain name try replacing the "www.retaileyes.co.uk" part of the address with their IP number which is 80.68.85.103

    Hope that helps
