:hello: Karrie, tsk tsk you should have told the Doctor about the chest pains and that you've stopped taking your medication. Make sure you do when you next see him/her. OK lecture over with lol :D I just care hun, I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to you.

Have you spoken to your OH about your concerns re: relationship? What is it that is making you feel unsure about being together?

    (((HUGS)))

Katie, How are you? How did your appointment with the psychologist go? Was it helpful? (((HUGS)))

daisy doughnut 2, First of all welcome to the depression thread :) I see you've already received lots of great advice from others :) Everyone here is very friendly and supportive as I'm sure you will soon see.

You are definately not the worst Mother in the world. If you were would you be going to the Doctors on behalf of your daughter and getting her the help that she needs? No you wouldn't, but the fact that you are shows that you care and love your daughter immensely. It isn't your fault that you didn't notice. Self-harming is a very secretive thing and usually the person self harming will go to great lengths to hide their cuts. You can try your best to hide and lock away all sharp objects but If someone is that determined to hurt themselves then they will with whatever they have at hand. You definately aren't to blame.

I am sorry to hear that your daughter is being bullied. It does seem like the school is dealing with it well though. I hope it gets sorted real soon.

Let us know how you get on at the Doctor's.

    (((HUGS)))

Let_Robinson_Sing, Best of luck with your exams tomorrow :) I hope they go well.

    (((HUGS)))

  • hi all

well doc was great he wrote down everything i told him and asked some other questioned
he has made an urgent referal to the childrens hospital
he asked me weather i thought psyciatry or psycology
i said that i thought cognitive would help her more so its psycology
hope i made the rite choice

i will defo ask about the family counceling

    the school!!!
apparently the child who is doing the bullying was in court today i think having an ASBO placed on her school are going to call me in the morning to tell me the outcome and i also must ask for them to also send a referal to the childrens psycology department for DD

just had another cry cant wait till mum gets back
im tryng not to blame myself but im a bit negative within my self at the min

feeling very low and can feel my depression like a black cloud wanting to cover me up trying realy hard to stop myself crawling in to a hole like i usually would

my DD needs me i have to be strong for her as hard as it is at the min

    hope every one is well

    evening eveyone..

dunno whats up with me tonight.. i just feel on the brink of tears all the time and thinking if this is how my life is gonna be then I can't see the point anymore. My ability to walk has seriously gone downhill in the last few weeks.. I wasn't expecting it to happen so quickly and I just feel so useless, !!!!!! I'm 36 and I walk like a 90 year old, it's so painful and ugly to look at too :(

anywy, off to bed before i bring you all down, g'night xxxx
