Thanks SF, it's not that kind of problem.. I don't want to give too much away, not because I don't want you guys to know so much as that I know this thread is read by all kinds of people and I don't want some other peeps to know, if that makes sense?

    XX

That does make sense, completely. I just hope you're okay. You're a very strong person, who has to deal with so much on a day to day basis. You are amazing, remember that :)

  • Hi ev eryone, sorry if i dont mention your names personally but not too good on pc yet and dont know how to put parts of your post on mine and then reply (if u know what i mean?). My brain cant take in too much information at the moment. You all seem so busy you put me to shame - I dont really do anything (apart from housework and gardening). Either on pc or watching tv. I usedto think my depression was because I didnt have a partner/husband and felt unloved but a lot of you have husbands/families and still suffer from depression so maybe not.
Have only started on omega3 last Friday so no effect yet. I am starting to get an oily taste in my mouch and stomach a bit quezy but am determined to persevere.

    Hello Imported_goldie :hello:
Dont worry if you dont mention anyone else, you can just come and talk to us all in general! :) Dont ever think that you dont do enough - people can do different things each day, and the smallest things count towards getting something done. Housework and gardening are things that need to be done so dont put yourself down :grouphug: I'm always on the internet ;) glad you posted on here :)

Hi goldie,I am the same as you not worked out how to quote parts of a post so just quote the whole thing.I think a lot of depression does come down to feeling unloved,i know mine does and even though people have husbands/families they can still feel like that.Good luck with the omega 3 not heard of it being good for depression only colestrol levels ect but i suppose it is worth a try.

Ethel, I'm sorry to hear that you've had some bad news. I can understand your reasons for not wanting to post about it. I do hope you are OK though. Just remember that we are all here for you (((HUGS)))

    Tulip, How are you?

Sorry to hear that you locked yourself out of your flat. At least your Dad came to the rescue :)

What are you watching on TV tonight?

Hope you've had a good day.

slowlyfading, It sounds like you're having a lovely time back at home. That's great news that you haven't had the urge to cut.

imported_goldie, Do you have any interests/hobbies that you could do to keep yourself occupied? What about playing a sport or going to the gym. They say exercise is good for your mood (not sure how true that is though).

geminilady, It's nice to see a post from you. How are you doing? How are things with you?
