Oh Karrie... I just found your posts after following you from the School Appeal thread. Don't be down-hearted. Men aren't geared up to remember birthdays. My husband has been trying to guess when it's our wedding anniversary ( it's on Sunday) and I won't tell him either. But we haven't got upset we've had a giggle about it.
And a man who takes his ex-wife's feelings into consideration... he sounds like a good guy. That's got to be better than a selfish man who doesn't care about his ex-wife, hasn't it? It's you he has chosen to be with.

Thanks! Its working in a hotel on a morning, serving breakfasts and then doing the rooms. I start when I get back from uni for the summer, so the end of June/beginnning of July. Its just for the summer, but I'll need to earn for the next year at Uni!

Now I've got this job, it means I have 3 jobs over the summer holidays. :T I'm going to be working in a bakery, a hotel and a restaurant! I'm just having a relaxng day, practising the piano and looking after my dog hope everyone is okay.

Aww thanks Christmasshopper. I know I am being over sensitive but it just upset me. Oh I'll get over it I know.

I can't believe they are making you wait for their decision. I assumed they would tell you on the day but I guess if they have a few to deal with, it will take time.

Aww tiffy.. I miss you too.. just sometimes it's easier to say nowt than bring everyone down, you know how it is.

Am absolutely bloody shattered.. didn't get back from all those meetings til past 8 tonight n then by the time I got home it was nearer to 9. I'm bloody sick of it and got same thing tomorrow again.

My leg isn't painful anymore, just huggggggggggge, lol

aww Karrie.. men are crap at dates n all that, only reason mine remembers my b'day is cos it's same day as his, just a different month, lol and the kids go nuts over it talking about it for weeks before, so he's got no excuse for forgetting. He does remember it but he never does sod all or buys me anything for it :rolleyes:
