    Mornin tiffster :hello:

I am soo bloody raging at the stupid postman!! I got up at 6 this morning.. that's right 6am!! to find the eejit must have left a card during the night  I thought they didn't start delivering until 6.30.

!!!!!! is wrong with these people? why is it that they struggle do a job they're trained for, paid for, and ultimately chose to do without screwing it up at every turn?

So I'm gonna toddle down to the sorting office again at around midday - they apparently close at 12.30 and sit there til they find the flippin thing and hand it over.

Then I've to take my mum to two meetings at daughter's hospital so they can do carers assessment and also include her in the family therapy  She can't wait, lmfao :rotfl:

have a great day everyone.. lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    :hello: i
I think I am a failure Katie. I'm still the same as I was.

I hope you have a good day. Look after yourself. xxx

You are so blardy not a failure!!! You're lovely, beautiful, sensitive and feeling fragile just now, as we all do from time to time. Does that mean we're all failures hun?

You're so hard on yourself, I wish you could see that you don't deserve it and you are as valuable as the next person xxx

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will.
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When life is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about,
    When we might have won had we stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit.
It's when things seem worse, that you must not quit

    :hello: Everyone,

Hope you are all well :)

RBK I will say again ok :) You are not a Failure is there another social worker you can ask for if you feel this one isnt helping you with the problems you face? You are not alone ether as we are all here for you.As Ethel said you are beautiful and just remind yourself of that.My words to you are that you are unique and special.Give the Smaritans a call if you need them like I advised imported-Goldie last night or e-mail them if needs be.

I have to do some ironing today then I am off out later on :)

Have a lovely day all :)

    lots of love and light,

    Katie xxx

  • Thanx for your lovely replies. Have seen my doctor many times re my depression. I have been given cilatropam (something like that anyway). I took it last year but came off it because the night sweats are just unberarable. Have tried many anti-dep's and all have side effects so have just started, as a last resort, to take 2grams omega 3 to see if that will help. I wouldnt want to go out for the meals with my sister and her family because my hearing loss is so bad that i always feel out of it when they have aconversation and are laughing (jokes not the same when it hasto be repeated to me after everyone has laughed at it). Just feel, like many of you i suppose, that when you dont have a life and people aregoing on about what a great time they have had, it is like a knife in the back. Part of me wonders about taking anti-d's anyway because it wont change my life, I will still have ahearing loss and be socially isolated. As my doctor said - it wont make the problem go away but it helps you copewith it - but the side effectsreally aretoo much. Anyone here tried omega 3? Hope today is going ok for you all.

Those cards posties leave on when your out,on them is a number to ring if you feel like enquiring, its a 0845 number i think, its cheaper to ring the same delivery office's geographical number.Check HERE then write "Royal Mail" in the "Company" search box, click search and scroll down to see if your delivery office is there with a proper phone number,if not register and request it giving address,postcode,0845 number etc

slowlyfading, I'm glad to hear you're having a good time back at home. How long are you there for?
I'm home until Thursday morning, so its a nice break :)
:T CONGRATULATIONS :T on getting the job. That's great news. What kind of job is it? When do you start? WELL DONE!
Thanks! :D Its working in a hotel on a morning, serving breakfasts and then doing the rooms. I start when I get back from uni for the summer, so the end of June/beginnning of July. Its just for the summer, but I'll need to earn for the next year at Uni! :)

I'm obviously one of their failures that they weren't able to help.
You are NOT a failure. It sounds as if they aren't doing their job properly to be honest. -hugs- I hope you're okay today.
