I have my review at work on Friday  I've decided to rate myself at the bottom of each criteria to avoid any disappointment. Not looking forward to it tbh. I mean, I do really try hard at work but it never seems like my best is good enough. Nevermind.

try not think negitive about it. YOu can't predict the future, so you might have done better than you think ;) Bearing in mind, that you have had some problems as of late, in hospital twice etc..... so dont go too hard on yourself :)

Your best, is just that.... YOUR BEST

mclaren, I am sorry to hear about your Gran's brother :( you are really having a tough time of things lately.

Month of January is hard due to deaths (grandad on january 1st, and my auntie may on January 15th) - but may seems to be joining the list of bad months so it is now January and May.

I just need to put a brave face on really - ive done so much the past few weeks, ive hardly had time to think about it - which has helped me :)

I missed a pill on Saturday, felt so much better Sunday so decided not to take another and feel good again today. My energy is coming back. On the meds all I wanted to do was sleep and had no energy at all. I am considering stopping them altogether now. What do you guys think? I've been on them for 5 weeks and have improved a great deal. Am I being silly to come off them? Should I carry on bearing in mind they take my energy, make me yawn ALL the time an make me sweat at night too.

IMO i would have a word with your GP about it. I would not like to say yes or no, as if i gave the wrong advice..... Sometimes meds do make you drained, others make you alert lol

    Hi mac!:hello:
I'm really sorry for your loss hun.:o
If it's any consolation to you angel, it's the 21st already and May will soon be gone.;)

You raised an interesting point though mac. Do we fulfil our own prophecies sometimes?
When does it go from a bad day, to a bad week, to a bad month, to a bad year? I think as with everything else, there are times for everything, good and bad and you never hear of anyone having a straight bad 12 years with no happiness for example, do we?

Try not to look at the month as a whole hun. Just a day at a time. And even within that day, there usually are moments where you are not at your worst. I hope May will leave you, and all of us, kindly angel.hug.gif
    Much Love,

I dont belive in luck really - nor do i belive in fate - What happens, happens but recently, this month has been bad. I would say about 80% bad, 20% medium. Not much happy" has went on. I hope it wil change next week when we enter June :)
