Commenced my claim against Lloyds TSB back in April, and have followed the series of standard letters (thanks for these) I am owed just over £6k including interest. Lloyds TSB have failed to acknowledge any correspondance since 15th May, and failed to send me a copy of their complaints procedure so i can complaint about them ignoring me!! Help I have just prepared my County Court claim and told them so - how long should i wait - been 22 days since my last letter (No3 template). Advice gratefully received

Hello All,
I have received this form in the post today requesting details to be sent to the court and HSBC who my claim is against. Can someone please clarify what this particular is requesting?
"... 1c. A statement of evidence of all matters relied upon as tending to show the charges are irrecoverable as penalties or otherwise...."
Everything else seems fairly straight forward. I am glad to see that a request has been passed to HSBC to produce a copy of the contractual document relied upon, and proof of cost of such losses
:T Any clarification greatly appreciated.
Steve

Hi,
All advice welcome please. Not sure what to do next....
Sent letter to Barclaycard asking for £653.03. Received a stroppy letter from them the other day  telling me that they have refunded £184.00 to my credit card which is the difference between the charges that I have incurred and the £12.00 fee. - They say that as of Aug 2006, they reduced its fee to £12.00 following the publication of the statement by the OFT and that this would amount to £184.00.
What happens now?- I would really like the rest owing to me.

I am sure i have read somewhere that people are claiming further back than six years. Can anyone point me to the right thread or confimr if this has been done and if it was successful as i am looking at an account of mine from 1999 - 2001.
Thanks.

Hi
Exactly the same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. Barclaycard seem to be a complete nightmare to deal with. I wrote back and said that I didn't accept the money they were offering for the difference between £12 and £20. I had a rather curt reply telling me that they weren't prepared to negotiate. I filed on MCOL the same day. I really don't know how they're going to play it, but it will be interesting to find out!0 -
Cud sum1 tell me wot the CAG site is and where to find it many thanks:j0

I Have claimed £4982 + interest = total of: £6018. We have recently received a letter from Alliance & Leicester offering us £1636.00 which we are going to turn down. Is there a standard letter to send back to the back refusing there offer and saying that we want a better offer / the full amount?0

Read the Alliance and Leicester thread and one called "wording for goodwill gesture", you'll find the links in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature.0

Thank you for your reply.
With Martins POC template, is it enough info to put on the Court Claim Form as POC?Its just that Ive read that some people might get their claims struck off because they are not providing enough info in their POC.
Which one would you recommmend?
When I phone them on Monday am I allowed to cancel so I can redo it with the recommended POC thats if the Martins one that Ive used is not good enough? I sent it online late Fri night just gone
Appreciate you getting back to me.0
