I got an email this afternoon telling me "You asked us to tell you when you’re paying too much on your energy bills. So here goes: “YOU’RE NOW PAYING TOO MUCH!” Apparently a check had been done yesterday (11/4/13) and there were now cheaper tariffs. I logged in and double checked.
Lucky I did! Every single tariff in the comparision was MORE EXPENSIVE than the EDF Blue I'm on at the moment.
A glitch in the system? I hope so!

I got the same issue. Email alert says I can save. When I go to the website and get an up to date comparison I am already on the cheapest tarrif. This has happened before. I believe the comparison on the website is working but that which is used to send email alerts has some problem. Really struggled to report this issue, first time I gave up, this time I've had automatic email replies as others have. Understand the issues of dealing with emails but there has to be a way of getting real problems dealt with. Eventually got to here by searching.0
