I signed in this morning having registered a while back, requested an update on tariffs and had to login again DOH!
Anyway the result said congratulations I could save £47 but no where to click to find out how.....bit of a chocolate teapot or what.
What i really wanted to do was look at the EDF new Feb 2015 fix compared to my current Scottish power fix and see if it worth paying the exit penalty but I just can't see how to get information out of the CEC site.
Apologies if this is the wrong place to lodge this problem

If you could post the following details, I'll gladly take a look for you
1. Exact name of current tariff
2. Anticipated annual consumption in kWh
3. First part of your postcode0 -
Hi, I logged in this morning (the site asked for my login details twice for some reason!) and located the EDF energy tariff. I completed the details to switch both gas and electricity and my bank details etc. I confirmed that I wanted to switch. I have not received any confirmation email. Are you able to check whether my request has been received? Thanks.0

Thank you wywth.
details are
Gas Provider: Scottish Power
Gas Tariff: Online Fixed Price Energy July 2013
Gas usage: 23345 kWh per year
Elec Provider: Scottish Power
Elec Tariff: Online Fixed Price Energy July 2013
Elec usage: 2225 kWh per year
post code so51
However the problem is one of navigating the website. I just can't find a link to progress from my logged in home page to further details of suppliers and savings.
Cheers

I cannot see any deals, say's I can save money, then when I try to see offers it simply goes back to the login each yime I try0

Agreed Sinbad1 - exactly what I'm seeing and I've tried other browsers apart from IE as I don't have that on my machines and they all behave the same.
The repeat login thing smacks of poor programming so I assume the site is borked.

You appear to be on a very competitive fixed tariff.
You could save £47 per year using Spark Energy - Spark Advance tariff, but after the £50+ early exit fees of your existing deal are taken into consideration, then such a switch would cost you more.
All other generally available tariffs currently offered by any supplier will cost you more than you are currently paying.
The EDF Blue +Price Promise February 2015 tariff would cost you about £200 a year more.
I would suggest you continue to take advantage of your existing deal for the next couple of months and then look again0 -

Not much point sending to this email, all you get is
Hi
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately we can't reply to every email. If you've emailed us about a tariff not listed, we'll be looking into it. For other queries try having a look at the FAQs [cheapenergyclub.moneysavingexpert.com/faq[/url]
