Car Parking Partnership - Another one to ignore?

Curious - I still haven't been contacted by PS&P yet and my parking charge notice is dated June 2012.Ethical moneysaver0

Yes, another letter from PS&P has arrived......FRONT
There is nothing printed on back!
Seems like they may be planning a visit to "collect the debt in full"......hope they don't!0 -
I'd continue to ignore them. In the highly unlikely event that someone turns up on your doorstep, remember that these fools have no powers whatsoever. None. So simply tell them they are trespassing and to bygger off. If they refuse, call the police. Basically, treat them as you would any unwelcome troublemaker who turns up on your doorstep and refuses to leave.Je suis Charlie.0

Ignore them of course - but as you've scanned it I would send a copy of that letter (or the whole letter chain) to various agencies right now to complain about the suggestion that the agent of this PPC will 'attend the registered keeper's property' like some sort of bailiff. They are not able to collect any alleged (made up) debt by door knocking, as there is no credit agreement in default and no Court order.

Hi
We have had all the letters from Car Parking Partnership for parking in a hospital car park and not displaying a blue badge - which in fact we do have but may not have been displaying at the time the ticket was put on the car.
Ignored all letters - latest one is from ICC Legal Services threatening legal proceedings - do I ignore this one too?
More to the point - we are going to have to park in the same car park tomorrow (not been there since the ticket which was back in January of this year) as my son has an appointment - can CPP come along and clamp my car??????????

Here is latest letter from PS&P Ltd. FRONT
Also, just in middle of composing letter to send as suggested above!0 -
Oh surprise surprise, the debt collector they were going to send to smash your front door in turned out to be just another sheet of toilet paper!Je suis Charlie.0

Oh very very naughty is the last paragraph of that letter, I would suggest a complaint to the dvla ( foi@dvla.gsi.gov.uk ) , I have seen this before and I could swear they were told to remove this wordingIf they can't do this, they will attempt to assess the goods that could be removed by County Court bailiffs at a later date, should the necessity arise. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
