Car Parking Partnership - Another one to ignore?

MysteryMan

My daughter has been receiving letters from Car Parking Partnership since last year and she has been adamant (from reading forums like this one) that she is safe to ignore them. However, when I opened the latest one, a "Keeper Liability Notice", giving us 14 days to cough up then I have to admit to having some doubts.
Since reading through lots of posts, I am more inclined to agree with her that it is safe to ignore this - and the others that will follow, no doubt.
Does anyone have any knowledge/experience that should dissuade us from doing so?
One interesting point is that, although they are displaying the BPA logo on the form, I could not find them mentioned in the list of "List of Approved Operator Scheme Members - April 2013" on the BPA website!

Since you've ignored them so far, there is absolutely nothing to be gained by engaging with them now. The opportunity to go through their sham appeals process is long gone.
When last year was the parking incident? If before October, then they can't even use POFA, and so Keeper Liability is meaningless. Even if after, it's still pretty meaninless. Why should the next letter in the chain be any worse than all the other pieces of toilet paper they send?
Just keep ignoring.
Interesting about the BPA AOS list. They've cropped up often enough, I am puzzled as to why they are not on the list.0 -

They are on the AOS list:
http://www.britishparking.co.uk/AOS-Members
but carry on ignoring them of course.
You could help the forum by supplying redacted (anonymous) copies of all the letters that have been sent, as we do not have many letter pics yet for post-October incidents and we do like to show people the letters to expect:

You'll see there are loads of pics 'pre-Oct' (hosted here) but very few 'post-Oct' (hosted on pepipoo forum). Crabman is the thread starter of that link and would be happy I am sure, to liaise with Fredd on pepipoo if you are able to show any pics to help newbies.
This is the same old scam as everyone has ignored for years. No worries.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, found them now, lurking under the Liberty Printers entry!
I am more than happy to upload the letter, but, due to my newbie-ness I am unable to post a link - or, as I've just found out, reply to message containing a link!
If I PM the URL to you (Coupon-mad) would you be able to post it for me?0 -
Post up the URL minus the http bit.0

I have just finished dealing with them. They are wimps. They won't go anywhere0

Could you possibly send Crabman a pm on here, with all the letter chain for the pepipoo forum to add to the new gallery of pics?MysteryMan wrote: »Thanks, found them now, lurking under the Liberty Printers entry!

The person to pm with pics of a letter chain is Crabman because he can liaise with Fredd on pepipoo - the letter-chain sticky thread is a joint venture now between the forums. We do need the current letters for most PPCs as the pepipoo thread is lacking in pics of pretty much all the post-October letters. Here is your first one but the forums will need to see the back as well please; all the small print is worth scrutiny and criticism!
