Woo hoo! Just booked a day trip for me and my mum, Stansted to Dublin (Luton wasn't working for 1p) total 4p, although I used visa debit!! Great stuff.

As other people have explained the cheap 'web fares' attract tax but the 'regular fares' don't. It's all in this thread if you care to look through it.

I don't need to look through the thread - the point I'm making is that in this case it appears to be a con - why wasn't there any "1p" seats available last week, when now there's shed-loads?

Have you found and booked what you needed? Then stop complaining!

Whilst I found what I wanted, they were £184!!!

Just remember what the Ryanair pilot said on television - You pay nothing - you get nothing!

Well they weren't in ther promotion then were they? And you should take your own advice about rudeness.

They seemed to have aquired more aircraft ? could be the reason why there are more seats now?

pay nothing get nothing? but get to your destination? What more do you want? a bag of nuts and some cheap sandwich... I'd rather get that from WH SMITH before I board.....

I have never had a problem with them, but you have to set your expectations accordingly. We flew from Bristol to Dublin a couple of years ago and Bristol was fogbound and the plane couldn't land. BA passengers (who had paid 5 x the price) to Dublin were bussed to Cardiff to fly from there. Ryanair arranged for a bigger aircraft with whatever it needs to land in fog, to come and take our flight and the next flight together. Result we got to Dublin, but lost most of the day.

Can anybody tell me if this is likely to be a problem?

Have booked the free flights but noticed on confirmation I have booked 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 children. All the names are correct.

    thanks.
