It's going to be the first time we've visited centre parks in high season Cath so I'm hoping it's as good as last time :) booked a few hours in the spa to chill midweek :)

Only a month away so I'll have to get meal planning for our stay as I plan to take most the food with us.

    Start with a clean slate

The house has been tidied, hovered and I'm almost on top of the washing again so that I can start with the whole organised life thing again.
Was chatting to my nan today (thanks mum for lunch) :D and she was saying how she needs to go through lots of boxed items that haven't been touched for months just don't open them and donate I said as I know she'll end up keeping half of it for just in cases.

Made me think that I need to go through my paperwork and throw out all the outdated stuff, can't physically fit more in some of the folders :rotfl:

The paperwork has yet to be touched but I'm working on my reducing the coffee habit I worked out that I can easily spend £60-£80 a month at coffee shops

Just cutting this down by half would greatly help my pockets and my waistline. Working overtime today stopped my Tuesday coffee visit with DD but I still spent a fiver on lunch :o

Happy to report that should you wish to pop round for a coffee the house still looks fairly respectable as long as you don't wish to eat off the floor :rotfl: not that there's much in the house currently to offer guests!

:T I have actually resisted buying coffee for almost a full week :T tomorrow I'm going for one with a friend and I'm going to enjoy it :D

We will not mention the amount I've spent on lunches however as that's for next week

House is fairly tidy, clothes just need putting away and downstairs needs a hover.

I was trying to think of a good 'health' thing to start off on and have chosen drink more water. How hard can it be?

Turns out that I actually don't enjoy drinking plain water so it's going to be quite hard !

All alive and kicking here even after a visit to Ikea, the kids were super cute trying out all the pretend rooms and it helped me finalise the idea for the bathroom design.

I've managed a glass of water before bed so I want to have a morning one before my coffee this week but my real health thing this week is to stretch once a day otherwise I may end up not being able to touch my toes!

    Cough# over £100 spent at ikea #cough :o

    DD is two today :T:j:j:T

She's sooooo cute, all blonde and blue eyed, that she gets away with so much!

Homemade pizza for tea which DS specially requested and a very large chocolate cake was whipped up. Ran out of butter so I give a recipe for frosting made from chocolate spread and condensed milk - so good :D

Water has been drunk, stretches done, tilly tidys done, loose change saved and I've almost got lunch, actually lunch ready to take to work tomorrow :T

Even my visit to the coffee shop today came under £5 and DD got free cake (which I ate :o)

    Of to bed early tonight

It's time to dust myself off and try again.

I'm pretty sure we've had our 3 things now with the boiler, sickness and the washing machine going kaput. Goodbye good intentions and £620!

Least my water intake had been good.

    I. Went. For. A. Run. Not a long one and not fast but I actually ran.

I've also found £80 due to me in Quidco, made £15 selling on fb and cashed £30 cheques which makes the washing machine spend slightly more bearable.

DH cooked dinner and cleaned the house today so he's been earning brownie points today!

It was so nice and sunny that I hung the washing outside and there it shall remain till tomorrow now :o

Spent more and ate more than expected today with the kids getting swimming badges (well done them, but God some parents take these things seriously) and a charity event we went to support was poorly organised - we gave up in the end and went to a local cafe!

I'm feeling pretty chuffed that I've gone through the kitchen and meal planned :) was thing to be cauli curry and parsnip cake tomorrow but we're now round the in-laws so we'll eat their food instead ;)
