No he is not allowing you to return the box your contract allows you to cancel within 7 working days.

You took a gamble dragging it out and was lucky.

Dont think positively simply read your contracts and act positively and quickly.

thank you for your comments but just to let you no i didnt drag anything out tt did all the dragging out and the terms and conditions were sent to me yesterday x
