    Evening all :)

Thank goodness it's friday, been a busy week. A friend from work was away fishing and gifted me some fish he caught so a free dinner for us :T

I have claimed £18 from TCB converted it to Mr T vouchers as I am going to use them for Goldsm!ths at xmas.

I have collecred 15 adpoints and £1 in surveys.

£7.40 on groceries takes total up to £296.35 I will go my weeks shop tomorrow but will try to do a minimal shop. DS away until Monday so I will need less than usual.

I picked up cards for the card box and pressie for DDs friend and got some decent maybell!ne eyeshadow for me and DD in the £1 shop. Very happy as the last palette I bought cost me £9.

I was trying to order some goods from the B0dysh0p with the 50% discount code to put away for xmas, however everything seems to be out of stock, think I've missed the boat on that one, that's what I get for thinking about it too long!!!

Just going to have a quiet night with my girlies and watch a romcom of some kind. No menfolk tonight.

    Have a good weekend :D

    Morning all :)

Not much to report, work and family have been keeping me busy.

I had a nice day out with OH on Sunday we went for a nice walk and a lovely lunch, we wandered into a garden centre for a look and I came out with 2 Yankee candles

Not been much towards the mortgage, 75 adpoints and a few surveys. I need to update grocery budget I am still hoping to come in below target and any excess will go to OP.

Dinner will be from stores I think tonight will be a prawn, tomato and chilli pasta with garlic bread and I have made lunches for work.

    Have a good day all!!

Monthly mortgage payment gone out today, swithering whether to make OP my car insurance is due next week so it might make things a bit tight.

I have collected 13 adpoints, £1 from yougov.

Just uploaded another 75 photos from hols for printing, got an offer in so only cost postage 1.99. I might get a poster done as they have an offer on for £3.49. I got one done before Of a photo from when we were in New York and it's great. Too many pictures from this years holiday to choose from, still got about another 1200 to print :rotfl:, I will just be patient for the offers coming in.

    Afternoon :)

Today I have added 18 adpoints and added another £15.03 in the last couple of days on groceries that takes total up to £376.15 still 2 days to go but hopefully there will be a few quid for OP pot.

I managed to get another 75 prints done for the price of postage and I ordered a card for DS's 21st from m&s which only cost me 60p in postage. it is personalised so I am happy with that.

I had to give DD £100 for her kit today but I had budgeted for that. I need to pick her up later from her new job as where she is training there isn't a bus route to where we live and she finishes late.

Lunches were from stores and dibnner is Fish Pie, I am finally making it, I have been threatening to for about a month :rotfl:

Going to pop up to cornershop and pick up a paper to get moc for ald! for this weeks grocery shop.

    Have a good day all!!
  • I've been to get the paper for the aldi voucher too. Sounds like you are doing lots of little money saving things.. Better than me at the mo!

    Afternoon all :)

Hi MMM- not much but I am trying, a friend in work gave me £10 off £60 for Mr Ms so I am going to use both when I go the grocery shop and stock up on store cupboard things, juice, crisps etc for the month. I keep telling myself all the little things help.

I have a new nephew arriving in October so I bought a load of newborn clothes in the m and s sale for £11 it's a start, pleased with that hope it's all in stock. I also ordered the hungry caterpillar book and soft toy from @m@zon my kids loved that when they were small.

    I've collected 15 adpoints and 50p on a survey.

I made lunches for work today and dinner will be a quorn chinese style curry with rice and chips we usually get takeaway on a Friday but I've just decided to make something and try to get money together for OP.

I usually make my OP round about now, however hlding off as I had to transfer £500 to business account today as still trying to catch up with invoice payments coming in due to our holiday. There seems to be loads going out and nothing coming in but it will wor itself out.

I'm going to Barcelona in 4 weeks with my friends so need to work out budget for that and OH fancies a weekend away just the 2 of us in October. He wanted to book the other night but I need to look at finances as my car insurance is due next week too. Don't want to overstretch ourselves.

Going to do a meter reading and submit it. Think I might switch again I will have alook and see what's on offer cashback wise.

    have a good Friday!!

    Morning all:)

    Today's efforts so far:
    • uploaded a receipt on clicksnap should be £1.20 cashback
    • 14p tracked in TCB
    • 50p ugov survey
    • I have moved £20 to OP pot from august grocery budget
I did a shop at Mr M last night so as to use MOC, however I am just going to use that from Septembers grocery budget which I am going to start now so £55.61 spent.

Booked flights for few nights away with OH in October, off to Krakow I have always fancied going there. I need to book a hotel and airport parking, will hopefully do it via cashback sites depending on price.

Don't think I will be making OP any time soon though as I need to have £500 and keep spending so it doesn't seem to be happening.

Might be going to BIL's later as he has just got a new flat and wants us to go down and take MIL this evening. I will need to go to shops and get a card and a housewarming gift.

DD2 just up and wants pancakes for breakfast so off to make them with her.

    Have a great Saturday!!

    Morning :)

Not much to report mortgage wise. However I did have a NSD yesterday as I didn't get a chance to get BIL a gift as my dad popped in and I didn't have time to go.

BIL's flat is lovely and after that we popped in to see some of our friends for a cuppa and a quick catch up. The day disappeared and I didn't really achieve anything.

I am just going to get ready and take my mum shopping.

I am going to hang the washing out and keep my fingers crossed it doesn't rain.

    Have a good Sunday :)

    Evening :)

Been a busy few days at work and I'm loaded with the cold and feeling a bit yuk!!! So I haven't really done much thats helped towards the mortgage.

I have collected 75 adpoints since Monday and completed a couple of surveys.

DH took us out for dinner last night which was good as it meant I didn't need to cook downside was I couldn't taste anything so I could have been eating anything lol.

Dinner tonight was from the freezer as I couldn't be bothered and Ihad the leftover pizza DS and his mates left before they left for the gig they are going to tonight.

car insurance due checked cashback sites etc and i am still cheaper to renew with existing company so will just do that.

Hope everyone else is doing better than me mortgage wise!!
