Sky won't put a dish on your roof, summit to do with accident insurance for their engineers, but you could get someone else to install your dish and two cables to where you want the TV and sky will plug the box in to that wiring.

At first I thought Charlie was indecisive but now I'm not so sure.

Sky don't put dishes on roofs, they usually attach them to a wall, unless you are in a conservation area, or live in a leasehold / rental property where dishes are verboten.

Mind you if no dishes allowed what about aerials?

Unfortunately I live in both a conservation area and let property, sky suggested the roof or chimney but they can't do that either.
