Hello Bad Weather, :hello:
Happy New Diary!
Reading your last post, I can't help wondering if you're one of those people who need a large meal first thing, in order to keep going through the day. Have you got time for something like a bowl of porridge before leaving home in the mornings? Or make up your own mix with a bought muesli base or rolled oats, fruit, nuts, honey, yoghurt - whatever you fancy, if [like me] you're not keen on hot porridge.
Just a thought.

Hope you don't mind me subscribing too!
Yes I do think you're a psycho stalker but the girl does sound amazing! Can I stalk her too?! :rotfl: On a serious note though, it's all about perspective. I know it's easier said than done, but you gotta change your way of thinking. Become a glass half full sorta person. I'm working on myself at the minute!
I'm a shocking eater sometimes! OH is always :eek: at the amount I eat!! lol. eg for breakfast he could have 1 bit of Weetabix and I'd have 2. He'd have a small bowl of muesli and mine would be large. And then I'd have a slice of toast before I get left the house too!!!
I do try to eat little and often but tend to get carried away sometimes !! lol
Def for me just toast would not get me to 9am. Porridge, muesli, branflakes or something is my best bet. And too sugary a cereal like crunchy nuts won't fill me for long either.
Crossed posts - :T to your breakfast today. Not so much the lunch bit!
I'm currently charging my phone at work too... :rotfl:;)
Good luck on your debts and savings

:rotfl::rotfl: So true!!!!
I did a 12 week weight management course a few years ago. Main rule was to never go more than 3 hours without eating something. Once I'd got into that habit, I found that after 2 hours and 59 mins my tummy would start gurgling!!!
lol
This is from my diary....
