  • Ah didNt realise that soolin. Won't waste my time replying to them now :-). Thanks everyone else for there help and replies. Sorry I meant didn't realise you could report I'm blind as a bat lol thank you for that. I won't bother replying or reading there rubbish now so its ok. But thank you for pointing that out :-)
  • Duncan I have no reason to come on and lie thank you. I came on for advice on to get accused of signing for laptops phones and abusing amazon left right and centre. My cousin who stayed at my address for a few months as she had no where to stay. I have not abused amazon policy. Even amazon said apart from relating me to a banned account my actual account was fine as I had no returns a-z claims and I regularly brought items never sold on amazon so no problems in that sense. Thanks again for everyone's help greatly appreciated thank you :-)

Charlotte, don't worry, you've passed the test that you were not looking for moneysavingcriminal.com but just to say, if someone really did scam amazon and them come on here for advice so they could do it again, you wouldn't want them getting that help - would you.

If you know for certain that items that were received, and perhaps signed by you, were later reported as not received, then she is a thief. In this case should pay the £100 to you.
Even worse someone has used your home address to commit a crime, if she has done the same with other companies, there is nothing to exclude that next time you order something from one of those companies they'll refused to send to you.

terra, you do make a good point actually. One of the infrequent posters on here had issues with (I think ) Amazon first, but then suddenly found that other companies refused to ship to them as well- like Tesco and Play. almost as though there was shared info between companies.

Hi, have a read of the following article from MSN Money. Amazon can and will ban you for excessive returns/refunds including here in the UK. Seems to occur more quickly when people returning high value items like electronics from what I've read on the web.
Amazon also sell clothes and footwear. What happens if you purchase something like that and the size is wrong. Will you be eventually banned ?
Having read that article I will be purchasing from other retailers that have a better returns policy should it ever be needed. Here is the link to the article :- http://money.msn.com/saving-money-tips/post--think-twice-before-returning-items-to-these-5-stores
  • Yes I agree but it was NOT me who abused amazon policy I have never returned an item done a-z claim neither has my boyfriend or my parents yet we are banned through someone else's fault. I agree to ban poor buyers but why punish everyone it's not fair I had no idea that she was abusing amazon I never had any warning I just had an email my account was closed.

I buy weekly from Amazon but never sold on there, but what is an A-Z claim ?and why don't I know what it is ?

It is basically the name of the Amazon guarantee that buyers get their money back on items that fail to arrive or are damaged or not wanted. Really it is a claim for anything from A to Z.

If this was me, is me I'd be much more furious at my cousin first and foremost .
You seem to be more preoccupied with your £100, and the unfairness of them keeping it.
    Truly not convinced

This is an old thread, I'm sure the OP has managed to sort things out by now, or buy somewhere else ;)
