Banned from amazon - related to banned account

In that case I really don't think you stand much chance at all of getting your account back- but I would still persevere in trying to get recompense for your gift card.
It woul db ehardh to link you on just an IP address, but I think using the same geographic address just links you firmly to your cousin.
Also, to be fair if your cousin has claimed non receipt, that is reason enough to ban your address anyway in case your address is the issue. I'm sorry but i think you are stuck here.
Thanks I thought that myself. But I've tried everything can I have a trial months period have my account closely watched so I can prove myself. Can I pay to get my account back, can I have my account and have no buyer protection as in I can't return items and I can never open an a-z claim. I've suggested everything to just try to get my account back but nothing. I was hoping the fact I've had no a-z claims and returned nothing would go for me but I know its not that simple. Absolutely gutted I really am. Worried about my ebay account now too just in case. I've got an awful migraine and I feel sick I'm going make myself bad over this but I don't want be banned. Sorry forgot to also say the company I purchased the vouchers from can't help I have contacted them and they can't help. Wish I could prove myself to amazon so bad. I will wait and see what/ if they reply to my emails I've already sent and leave it at that. Thank you so much soolin for taking the time to reply and be helpful0 -

I would thump her too, what a cheek ! lol
She wasn't always out but it's if she was out and we were in we would sign for them. Kicking myself for it now so badly0 -
As far as the vouchers go, I would persevere at that, at least asking for them to be refunded if you aren't allowed to spend them.
You may want to try asking Trading Standards about that.
Do you by any chance share a surname with your cousin? One other option would be to give the current details for your cousin to Amazon and let them know it is that person at that address the problem is with..0 -
When you contact Amazon do so simply and concisely. Use bullet points to give them your name and address, and to give them your bank account/debit card name, card number, sort code and account number - I mean the one you used to pay Amazon with. Do the same with any other cards that you have on file with them. Ask them to compare the bank details with the banned account.
Do not write a long, whining email about how you didn't know what your cousin was doing - I wouldn't bother reading that either. Simply state that the banned person was using the same address as you but is not you, does not have the same name and does not have the same bank details.
You can prove that you are not your cousin, but provide the proof in a very simple, business-like and straightforward way. At the end of your short, clear email, offer to provide anything further that they might require such as passport or utilities bill. If you get no response then send exactly the same email again two days later.0 -
Thank you so much for your replies really appreciated thank you. I will see if they reply to my previous email and go from there. I just spoke to customer service on the phone and I told him the full story ( I know they are lower then account specialists) and basically he said that I can make a new account with the same email address even though I told him about 10 times the account specialists said if I made a new one they would just close it straight away. And I give up in the end! I am not going to make a new account as I know I'm not allowed and that will just make things worse by making another anyway plus a waste of time. Hopefully I will get a reply from them and not the same as the last 2 saying the same thing and go from there. Thank you SO much.0

Ignore Duncan-biscuit. He's just being a troll/tw*t, and will be in bed soon - it's a bit late for kids to be up!
I would WRITE to Amazon, pointing out your lodger clearly mis-used their Amazon account, the lodger no longer lives there, and that you have never done anything wrong, so would like your account re-openning. State that if they are not willing to do this, then can they refund you £X which you have in un-used Amazon vouchers, as you have not broken their policy, as per their own T&Cs.
Give them 14 days, then if they don"t refund or get in contact, send them a letter before action giving them a further 14 days to refund before you take them to court.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Keeping the £100 can't be legal, can it??"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Thank you pink shoes its definitely worth a try thank you so much. I'm not sure if its legal or not Dave to be honest but I am trying to find out but I'm sure a big company like amazon can do what they like sadly. Duncan is that all you do sit on these forums making stupid remarks? Grow up!! Is there a block button on here for you? Jeeze. I come on for advice not to be judged by some idiot that does not know me. You're more immature then my 2 year old son grow up.0
