NO NOT CASE OVER YOU SILLY ILL INFORMED PEOPLE.

For weeks you have all talked bolloooox so now listen to me. I am correct. We can still cancel because the letters were written in April and they were based on a guess at RPI NOT on RPI. End of.... Do you get it? the fact that they guessed RPI correctly is not relevant....

Anyone getting this or is your phone to small to read common sense?

    :rotfl:

I was going to make you the first person on my 'ignore' list, but your rants are far too entertaining :D

    Nivag,

Good on you for providing some welcome light entertainment for a Friday afternoon. Especially since your name is very nearly an anagram for that part of your body from which you are talking.

Nivag - you obviously need help. Do yourself a favour, go buy a dictionary - 'tits' will be in there, 'comment', 'one' and 'would' too.

Look up 'offensive' and 'git' while you're at it.

Yes, it was me, and I had exactly the same attitude from T-Mobile about declining to allow me to go to CISAS.

I submitted Monday (and included the T-Mobile emails where they stated they refused to communicate further) and received my acknowledgement from CISAS for the acceptance of the application today. T-Mobile have until 08/05 to respond.

d123 - were you only 2 days from submitting the application to CISAS accepting? Do you mind if I ask - did you speak to CISAS in that time to get things moving? It's just that I've not heard anything back from them (they received my application Tuesday). The acknowledgement email said I had 10 days to send all of my supporting documentation, which I've now done. I'm worried EE's final position isn't final enough as far as CISAS is concerned!

That won't make any sense if you didn't read Nivag's last post before he (and his posts) returned to whatever planet he came from - after slating everyone on the thread, he merrily informed everyone he was away to cook scallops for his tea (a posh troll).

My first experience of a troll, I'll leave it be now, for the integrity of the thread, and will learn to rise above it :D

Except his username should have been O'Healers... ok, NOW I'll leave it be!

The posts are getting long and tangled so I hope you don’t mind but I’ve tried to summarise the main points (as I see them) so that we can navigate around quickly (apologies if I never picked any individuals comment, I have either missed it, or it repeats/is repeated in one of the references I have referred to). Please feel free to add tothe List:

Post Oct 2012 Contract (1st Nov 12 onwards).

This one is done to death now.
Posts #275 and #327 contain all you need to know.
Anything else is “noise” and unnecessary, if anybody thinks the point in law is incorrect please advise.

    PRE OCT 2012

The main Arguments for Breach are:
    1. Wrong Rate Used
    2. 30 Days’ notice not given as rate not published until 16th April
    3. Right to cancel without Penalty not clear inprice rise letter
    4. What do the T&Cs actually mean
    5. Breach of OFCOM clause 9 rules
    6. Breach of Consumer Protection laws
    7. Leak at ONS

T&Cs can be found on post #142
T-Mobiles response to breach claims can be found on post #186(has pre and Post 2012 rationale)
