Newsagent still selling recalled Kit Kat Chunkys

I picked one up to check the date as I returned a multipack of the Hazelnut ones as the BB date was one of the ones recalled and it was the same month.

Is there a law for retailers still selling recalled items with the same BB and codes of the ones being recalled?

While a lot were recalled. They did say that if they were still on sale they were the ones not produced where the issue was.
    So could be OK ones.

Have you checked with the manufacture?

The retailer will be waiting for the Nestle rep to go in and collect the stock. They will then give them paperwork for a refund. Shouldnt be selling them if they are the affected batch though.

Or you could buy one, hope it has plastic in, "choke", sue him and use the money to make a giant Kit Kat chunky the size of a house, live in it (its cold enough these days not to melt!), get sued by Nestle for copyright infringement, get your story in the Daily Mail, by this time there will be no recalled ones left and you'll be able to buy yourself a new Kit Kat Chunky without the risk!
    This is the modern way.
