Had an offer on tuesday and we offered on a house on Thursday... Still waiting for an answer so we can accept/reject offer on ours argh.

Shouldn't moan too much though as ours only went up for sale on the 1st and first viewer offered on it....feels like its all been too easy so far and makes me nervous

Haven't posted for a while due to there being nothing to report. We exchanged yesterday!

We complete on 7th June so under 3 wks gap. We would have liked to complete before 31st May but our vendor alluded to us that later would be ideal. We did not push for our desired dates as the whole process has run smoothly (6wks from offer accepted to exchange) we did not wish to rock the boat now.

I did worry about the jinx since I started packing almost the day after full mortgage application but I could not help myself as FIL delivered packing material earlier on.

We too are moving from 2bed flat rental to 3 bed semi. I have enjoyed living here and the neighbours have been perfect; but then we were on the top floor flat with DH stomping about the flat I'm sure the downstairs neighbour will be pleased to see us leave.
