I have no idea how July's budget will go as were moving house so hopefully it will all go to plan. OH wants me to make a cake for the ladies he works with as he said they've been working hard this month and he is their manager so wants to do something nice to show he appreciates it. Good job I bought one of those Anchor packs so I have some butter to use.

Well a disaster of a month! Current total is €686.74/€600 and I have to go shopping today for dog food and chicken food! Thursday is my last challenge day.
On the flip side. it was having lovely visitors that blew the budget so they were worth it!0 -
£5.60 today on a 24 pack of loo roll ( offer meant to end on the 25th of June, but they have loads still, so i am guessing they'll keep it going til they're gone) and mushrooms as making lentil bolognese for tea.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £69.15/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Spend of £23.93 in Sainsbos today to take us up to Wednesday's big monthly stock up. Hubby has been sent into work with permission to buy some cheese for his lunch and bring the rest back to us poor cheeseless souls at home.
Total now is £186.48/200 until we see what hubby has spent in town which will be our last food spend.
I'm really, really happy with that, especially since today's shop included £6.66 worth of meat that will be going towards July's meals, so not only are we under budget, we have also been able to reduce next month's spend! Going to split my meat packets before freezing to stretch that saving even further.
I know everyone has different approaches to what they do when they go under budget, but I am going to put mine in with July's money to go towards some treats and if we 'rollover' often enough I'll look at reducing our budget a little.MFW start date:22.6.13 - £138555 9.7.13 - £125937
