I will be planning on £340 in June.

That's £2.50 per person, per day and £10 per week for building up my store cupboard on the second purse challenge.

Hi Coxy - can you put me down for £185 again? This covers all the usual stuff (food, toiletries and household stuff for me, OH and the cat, no booze or eating out included).

It's five weekends for me so will be a bit tight. Next month I will try and reduce by £5-10 but it's getting difficult!

Hi can I join in please? I'm budgetting £180 for June and will start on 1st June, really working on adjusting my spending so my budgets do go month to month instead of living payday to payday

Our money is for 2 adults and a 13 month old (she doesn't eat much though!) and covers food, toiletries and cleaning products though we have more than enough toiletries but will need loo roll and more than enough cleaning products but might need more washing powder.

Oh and in case this helps anyone I have just remembered.. tesco are doing free click and collect this weekend if you have a tesco extra near you for your online shop.. saves you going into the actual shop and getting tempted (you pick your stuff up from a hut/shed thing in the carpark).. i'm going on sat morning just to get the diet coke 24 cans for £5 that's on offer. xx HTH

i think i need to stop thinking salad and plan a suet pudding as it is so cold we have the heating on...its nearly june for goodness sake....chicken for tea and need to decide on tomorrows tea

might do a fry up for breakfast as havent had one for a while i could do with an audit of the freezer as i have lost track of what is in there

I've travelled over from May. Please could I be put down for same as last month, £280 for the month? That's for me, DS and DD - all food and drink, toiletries, cleaning stuff and loo rolls, guinea pig and garden bird supplies.

£96.38 this month alone so you can see why I end up with a large budget when I include pet food! Alot of dry food!
The bonus of living on a farm in the middle of nowhere is that I have alot of NSD's cos theres nowhere to go! The trouble is when I go to town I GO TO TOWN! Hence budget! And I have a week left of May yet!
(I did however manage to make a pound of mince do three meals for two adults and 2 hollow legged teenagers this week!)
