Yes. . Now the dust has settled and have done my research, I now see the letter issued by scs are indeed some of the bully boy tactics these organisations employ. I guess I am to expect these letters for the foreseeable future? ?
My only concern now is that in my letters to wing parking in the early days (after the initial tickets were issued), i did not describe myself as registered keeper. .i guess this means IF it goes to court I'm liable?
