Oh yes, I know where that is.

It's just the words 'psychiatric', 'mental' etc that are scary, because they are sometimes used as insults. We take it for granted though that if we have a problem with our eyes, we go to an eye doctor, but if we have a problem with our heads, we think that going to a head doctor is a sign of weakness, for some bizarre reason.

When in reality, you should be proud that you are courageous enough to do something about how you are feeling.

Thanks Thing is I know that I'm not going to tell any apart from who I've told IRL (ie OH, best friend and mum) for now as I know what their reactions might be...however, if something does come out of the chat or further down the line or NOT, I'll be there challenging stereotypes lol!! This hasn't come out the way I meant, but I'm not sure how to say it in any other way!

Oooh on the MSE front, I ordered another Argos vouchers from IPSOS surveys - £10 - which will pay for at least another 3 christmas presents which I didn't plan on having to get :rolleyes: V pleased.

I know! Got some lightspeed points mounting up ready for a transfer to my paypal account - already know what I'm getting with them though - some cellophane from Ebay and some cards from a rather talented member of the DFW board

I do at least 3 surveys from all my different companies a day. I have no idea half the time what they are for - but I'll just check when I last cashed in...

ok - last redeemed 1725 points for £15 paypal - 25th June. Now got 1335 points. Also was away for 2 and a bit weeks so wasn't able to do the surveys then.

my pleasure sea! Just home from a lovely eve which consisted of 3 margeritas, 2 glasses wine. 1 irish coffee & 1 zambucca and taxi home!! Needless to say feeling somewhat squiffy!! Just take all the support and try, as much as you can, not to worry. People train for donkeys years to help people with a variety of issues - not for the money but because they want to make a difference, one person at a time! Great that you, like me, has a lovely eve..although I suspect you consumed less units than me but will suffer less of a hangover for it!!!
