    Hi Sea

I hope everything goes ok with the Dr's this afternoon. Take care and if you need a chat you know where to find me.

Just tell them exactly how you feel. Great idea about the headphones, should keep her happy!

    Hi
Guess what? I got the wrong day for the drs - it's tomorrow!! :( How embarrassing - arrived sweating and panting with an out of breath Sophia as well!! :)

Ah well, will do it all again tomorrow!

Taxi -all the debt is in my name and the relocation loan is through his work, and will be taken at source, so no interest etc so it's very good really and he's not in the DMP with me if you see what I mean!

Busy day at work today - managed to ring CCCS and update all stuff so feel calmer about al that!

    Be back later no doubt!

Just got back about 30 mins ago - had to go to a celebration evening at school. Should have been sat in the hall, but I sat with the friends (like PTA) of the school and sorted raffle tickets - much more fun! Had a glass of wine too and chatted to the 3 women there - it was great! :) Finally felt like I was comfortable in my new school. Oh and one of them thought I was a sixth former - RESULT!! :D

  • Lol, get you looking like a sixth former!! Lucky you!

There comes a point when you are glad of that but for most of my life I've wanted to look older. I've always had a young face (got thrown out of more than one pub on my 21st! birthday) and had to carry ID in pubs for years. Doesn't help that I'm only short and when I tie my hair back I look even younger (have tried that at school and all the kids say "Miss, you look like a child today!!")

And just last year I answered the door to a salesman type who said "Is your Mam or Dad in, pet?" I just said no though as didn't want to have to listen to his spiel and he went away.

And even while I've been pregnant two of the mothers at school were telling me about how tiring their pregnancies were. One said, "Of course, I was nearly 30 though" When I pointed out I was past 30 they both looked horrified and said they thought I was about 24. (And they both know I have a 13 year old and an 8 year old!!)

OH has the opposite problem as he's had grey hair since he was 15. He's 7 years older than me but when we first started going out we had a lot of people in pubs thought he was my Dad!!

Would love to be told I looked like a sixth former though!!
