    Hi Hon.

Sounds like you are really organised! When is your appointment? I'm glad you are feeling a little better, just take each day at a time and remember to look after yourself.

    Hi thanks :)

My app is tomorrow after school - bit nervous. Think I'll have to take along the ipod so DD can listen to it as I don't want to leave her outside and yet don't really want her to here all about her mum's mental health issues lol!! Never allowed her to use earphones before so she should like it!

Think I might follow your lead actually and wrap some pressies tonight :) Sophia has recovered from her disappointment at not getting a Bratz doll (and it had completely slipped my mind that she already has one (!!!) from my old uni friends anyway lol- they did it to shut me up being a snob lol)as I knitted her baby a scarf. Now she wants a matching jumper for her baby - Arghh! Can't do anything but scarves....

Sea - just be careful with the crisps for the hampers. I bought some for a party between Christmas and New Year and the best before date is 24th December! Oh dear; I will have to eat them myself......

Lol! And I bet you're so upset about that.....:D

I will be sure to check when I get them - thanks for hte heads up!

Just waiting for OH to get back before I bath the kids and get them settled in bed. Got quite a bit of marking to do, but will do it while watching the match (only test marking so not the most exciting!).

Snaggles - thank you so much for the link to the bingo - will work through and see if I'm lucky! Hope so!

  • Good to see you're feeing a bit better and hope the docs goes well tomorrow. You really put me to shame with the pressies...I have now ordered 2 online. Does that count!! Luckily its a small Christmas so not a huge amount to get anyway! Will have a hunt this wekend and have to say I'm a bit of a last minute grab a bargain when they reduce the prices shopper at Christmas! Hugs for you tomorrow and hope you sleep ok tonight...

Of course it counts :) I'm just trying to get finished before December so I can be (in theory) less stressed!

Just had metropolitan service DCA on the phone - eek! They were nice enough - I was very reasonable and explained all about the CCCS, but then they said if they didn't receive a token payment in next 7 days they'd go for attachment o earnings :(

So now updating all figures etc to ring CCCS tomorrow when I get a free lesson - just hope I'm not used for cover tomorrow.

Right - been working it all out now.

I'm going to set myself a challenging target - I aim to be under £20,000 by the end of 2008 - scary. If we didn't have to start repaying the loan from OH's work back in August, we'd be able to do it without a doubt, but otherwise it's cutting it very fine as I think the repayments will drop after that :( So it's up to me to get money in other ways :) Ebaying, all the usual things...

Wish me luck! Might add the aim to sig actually

Hello Sea! I can't believe this will work as the last three times I've tried to post have closed the site. But if it does - good to hear you sounding better. The 20k target is a nice one to have - I'd love to do it with you but we have a few obstacles next year so I daren't think about targets.

Hope all goes well at the doctor tomorrow. Sophia will love listening to the ipod!

Good idea re the headphones!!! Excellent target too - I am sure you will reach it. Good luck at the docs tomorrow - it might help to write down a checklist for yourself to take so you don't come out of there having forgotten to remember things you meant to say, IYKWIM?
