    Hi Steve

I would say that Dell cannot be beaten for low spec PC's

For the high spec you want I am sure you can do better than buying a Dell.

That's a pretty good spec machine, but for over a grand I'd have expected a better graphics card (at least a 6600GT).

Can any one tell me if the DEll all in one (upgrade form the free dell printer) needs a special lead or a normal USB to printer lead will work?
Guy at Dell said its a special dell cable?!?!

    Thanks

Man from Dell he speak with forked tongue! Dell printers work with standard usb lead.

    e-python,
i think you are being ripped off.

check the prices on the outlet site within the main dell site. (underneath the home section on the front page)
you should murder that price in there.

there are better specs also on the main site in the business and home sections.
    best of luck

  • e-python,

Yep, that's defnitely overpriced for the spec - I could build a machine with an almost identical spec for at least £200 less. What warranty period did you specify?
