The Road Traffic Act 1934 requires you to inform your Insurer of any incident that may lead to a claim. Also the Consumer Insurance Act makes it law that Insurers can only ask questions relevant to the risk they are covering.

A learne driver having a non fault accident is not relevant to the risk the Insurer is covering.

Good to know that failing to declare points will have no bearing on
someone having to make a claim and the insurance company having
to just suck it up.

If thats the case whats the point of them asking about points and convictions?

If there is nothing wrong with the wheel what damage are they claiming for i wonder?

So when claiming from insurance your entitled to the money and the goods?

So i can claim for my car being stolen and after receiving the money i can simply say its OK i found it in the garage after all. I get to keep the car and the money.. Cool
