OK, bang goes that theory then as I am using IE10. Wonder if the operating system is at the root of a compatibility issue then. I'm using Windows 7. You?

This was microsofts response to the same query on the help forum:

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I would have you try browsing Internet Explorer 10 in Internet Explorer 9 mode.
Refer the steps-
a) Open Intenet Explorer and click on F12.
b) Select Browser Mode and then click on Internet Explorer 9.

Alfie, twitter still confuses me too! I do try entering a few comps though.

I've been to beach too with the kids and my sis and her DD. We went up the new vertical pier and it was lovely to see, makes a change from walking out to a pier and that's my exercise for the day!
Just watching BGT and the man who got Ant on stage with a pineapple on his head looked a right nutter! :eek:

Wingo - which beach was the vertical pier at? Was it South Sheilds? Glad you were able to get away for the day it will do you good. Glad you had a lovely time.

Firefly - thanks for the winners list of That's Life. If its issue 10 we got the cheque on 1st April. I did mention it on here and on iwiw. Think its the same one as its the same competition. It was nice to see it on the mag in black and white so to speak. Thanks again for going to the trouble of scanning it in for us, it was very kind of you.

Forgot to put BGT on and looks like I have missed it all. Never mind will watch the Cube and Casualty.

Windows 7 home premium.


Maybe it's certain times of the day/congestion or something else?


BGT was ok but not really outstanding this year so far


I have trouble with o2 emails too but GM is ok.

Must go and see the vertical pier wingo - just googled it as I hadn't heard of it. (DH had) Don't really like heights though would prefer the normal pier.
Have only been to Redcar twice I think.
DD picked about £60 of clothes but paid for some herself as she wanted them today. She still hasn't picked a main present and gets about £150 from relations
to spend too so not doing too well.

Thought that was another new comp Fred had won Sylvia.

Lots of reports of hassle since they changed the interface/platform to Outlook too.


I'd like a dog too. Not sure how Meow would react though!!!
