Hi all from sunny Crete Haven't managed to catch up with all the news in the Inn but have noted FF's perfume win and euro's champagne, well done.

ILC, pic of building in Edinburgh you posted-you didn't know what it was- it's the Royal Blind School, lovely building.

Hope the sun is shining in Ayr for sheils, I like Ayr, good variety of shops.

We are making use of the hire car we have for a week and getting out and about. A wee drive into the mountains yesterday was lovely, I always enjoy seeing the spring flowers by the roadside at this time of year before everything gets burned by the sun.

Had a wander through the Old Town shops again today and had a light lunch at a cafe used by the locals-much cheaper than the touristy ones

Planning dinner on the balcony then the evening stroll along the beach watching the sunset

Managing to keep up with the comps too though raging as can't access the Costa one-must be detecting I am not in the UK :mad:

Hope all is well,I went for a walk along the seafront with my parents and then went to theirs for lunch.I then came home and found my Olly Murs Album Right Place Right Time got delivered so playing that now and bopping and singing along to it

I have been mowing the lawns and...


Weeding the borders. It has been lovely and sunny but cold when the sun went behind the clouds.

Weeowens/Wingo - took your advice and checked all the leads on the Wii and hoovered the dust out and hey presto we have sound. Thank you both so much.



Also brushed out the touchpad mouse on the lappie and that now seems to be working. So all in all I have had a very productive day and I am feeling much more up beat.


Firefly - glad you like the perfume, I love it when it makes a nice present for family and friends as they get a much better pressie than I could afford.

euro - hotmail seems to go round and round in circles when I am trying to sort the emails. I only manage to look at about 3 or 4 when it starts so I have to come out and start again. Such a nuisance. I don't think its just me I think lots are having problems. Tried to open a gmail account but couldn't work it out.

Becca - nice to hear from you, such a shame you have a cold when you have a week off work. Hope it clears soon.

Ellemm - you sound as if you are really enjoying yourself in Crete and lovely to hear from you. Glad you are managing to keep up to date with the comps and hope you get some lovely wins to come back to.
