Sheils - I expect your DD will be glad when her exams are over. Has she got any work at the choc factory this weekend?
Off to bed now.

Good night Sylvia. No she doesn't have any work this weekend - they are getting their hygiene certificates and I think they have been caught giving some kids more work than they are allowed to do. Under 16s can only work 2 hours on a Sunday and things like that. She has plenty to do studying anyway.

Morning!
Been raining here and think we are to have showers through the day.
Slept really well as we were so tired after yesterday. DH and I went for a long walk after doing some shopping, leaving DD to finish on her own. Shopping with a teenage girl gets really boring!
Nothing planned for today.
Hope everyone has a great day.

You can do it Syl!!I recommend 'play' rather than 'exercise', simply as it's more fun so you're more likely to stick at it.
I chose roller blading last night, seeing as the sun was out, along the seafront. Had this view:
As for food, ditch everything processed and added sugar. Weight drops off then, and you get to fill up on lots of yummy, healthy and fresh food.I can't recommend a paleo (see here:http://www.marksdailyapple.com/#axzz2RklmmY6O) lifestyle enough, but don't wanna go on, so I'll leave it there.
It's lovely and sunny again today, so can't wait to get outside! :j:j
Good morning all! Hope you're all well!

Hugs n love to all! Hope you are all having a lovely Sunday. xxxx
Lol euro - i wish but sadly my 'roller blading' days are over, as peeps know I am somewhat accident prone :rotfl: and so my exercise is just walking in the beautiful countryside around me. I find it an enjoyable way of exercising and I always feel good after a good walk.
Re diet, I do not eat red meat because I do not like the taste, never have done, but I love fish etc and dairy products. I love to grow my own veggies, toms etc and for taste and goodness you can't do better than home grown.
My meals are so fairly healthy but ......... ho hum, I love chocolate, oh yes, I admit, my name is Alfie and I am addicted to chocolate- that's my errrm downfall!!!
Good luck all for some lovely wins this coming week! Love and best wishes - Alfie (the chocoholic)xxxx
