I have made a killing today on a clothes shop of £106.50. I used a load of clothes coupons and 3 internet book coupons (had to be keyed in) and I ended up paying £11.50. My Tesco takes coupons if they scan and I usually go to the same CA. I think with the profits Tesco make that they would rather lose a few quid getting you in the door with coupons than you shopping elsewhere. :rotfl:Julie O:j0

using the odd one or two is fine but when everyone starts expecting tesco to take everything and to take loads of these day in day out when they don't even sell this book will kill this little gem off. I love coupons i have them for everthing but some things can be overdone...........................just like r n r - greed killed that as well but each to their own, i would rather have spent the 45p to have a proper coupon thoughcoupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0

Can I ask what size you have printed them to get them scanned please? Its a pain having to get them keyed in and some of the SA's aren't so keen to do that.So your answer don’t be scared of failure
For the only failure is never to try

I was in Asdas today and had a book voucher to use. It was refused by the SA and when I checked with CS they said they had been told not to accept any of these vouchers whether from the paper (as mine was) or internet printed.
She said they cannot get the money back on them but they would be willing to take any other money off vouchers I had.

I was told the same in my local Tesco. No coupons in future from magazines or newspapers. Previously they had already banned internet coupon.0

Joe I was told 'no coupons for mags/papers' not from I wonder which it it? Fortunately the self scan's didn't get either version of the chinese whisper:rotfl:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I've just printed the DM coupon in three different sizes and in its orginal format. I have a barcode tester at work, tried it and all 4 'failed' So it looks like a manual job only._____________________________________________

I printed some out then had a change of heart (Perhaps lost my bottle) Ripped them up & now in the bin. I looked at all the variuos coupons I've already got and decided against using them.
We all have different ideas, views & principles. Coupon usage will be tackled I'm sure. So I'm just one hoping to prolong the life of coupon usage by using as many legit ones that I can, Tesco printed ones & ones they get reimburssed for. Hope others will follow, but fair play to the ones that don't.
