Rubbish I can't get into it at all. I have done it before and really worked for me. I am finding life really stressful with my ds who is 6 major behaviour problems but got proposal of statement this week. My daughter has sight probs and it has suddenly crept up on me that she starts school in september and have not thought about what help she will need so really worried. No excuse really I should be able to stop eating rubbish. i am at work with colleagues and discussing the 5/2 diet which is tempting me.
I keep forgetting to change my signature x

I can share about 5/2, but in a more mild variant - 16/8 - it means you can eat during the 8 hours period and after you give your body a break - 16 hours. There are plenty of variants if you google 'intermittent fasting'. I'm quite happy with the results and if you want to compare note, just drop me a line:A
...reality is a point of view...
  • And the bike ride? If you don't mind me asking :)

he he I was taking kids to school 3 times a week but since snow come I stopped back on it next week. :rotfl:
    Now on the 5:2 diet.

    Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go

This is strange. My breaburn apple I bought this morning at 10.15 went like this: (posted on this board at 1.22)

    0.15 x ASDA Braeburn Apples by Weight (100g) £0.25 £0.29

Did you buy them loose, or singlely?

Yours is 0.15 x 100g, Womble Queen, whereas the OP's was 0.48 x 100g. Just over 3x yours. The prices work out to be about right.

    It's only a game

    Good evening Elite :hello:
Just popping in for a quick catch up, yea I know always the same excuse :p:D

Had a pleasant drive round a couple of garages but ended up in the country down a leafy lane  bird watching I'll have you know :D Sat for ages in an old churchyard looking out for kestrels. Couple of years ago DH and I happened to come across

a pair nesting in the old church and were rewarded with some

amazing sites. I was able to get some close up shots of the young when they fledged. Anyway, no sight of them bu I will return tomorrow with a thermos and sit and wait. :A

Oh, almost forgot, I hope you busy shoppers had good luck today, and now I need to catch up x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Yes I will I am going to get the half term out the way and then start a week tomorrow. I quite like it that I know it is only 2 days a week as long as I don't stuff my face on the other 5 days though:)
    Now on the 5:2 diet.
