weightwatchers is fab you know really works - dunno how much you have to lose :Abut ww will give you an average weight loss of 2lbs a week if you stick to it - easy to stick to and healthy taboot. It is tricky to get going tho when there is stress in your personal life. I have slammed on a stone with these blinking glitches- returned to ww last Thursday.........watch this space:)

Do let us know how you get on with the 5/2 diet. Someone mentioned it to me and I do keep thinking I should give it a go, but it has not yet happened.

In my favour i dont like white chocie :rotfl::rotfl:did get told off at dentist for a sweet tooth though:( and got to have 2 out on weds due to nerve damage

Yes for the tray, I just stick the tin in the oven with the meat in it, not as long as the pastry though, you could just microwave it though, its already cooked.
