No excuse really I should be able to stop eating rubbish. i am at work with colleagues and discussing the 5/2 diet which is tempting me.

weightwatchers is fab you know really works - dunno how much you have to lose :Abut ww will give you an average weight loss of 2lbs a week if you stick to it - easy to stick to and healthy taboot. It is tricky to get going tho when there is stress in your personal life. I have slammed on a stone with these blinking glitches- returned to ww last Thursday.........watch this space:)never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

RootedNomad wrote: »Not too sure as it is not fully on A.com or msm. This is the list I pulled from SSO. I am pretty sure there are others in the offer including Dove Men & Care stuff, Garnier, Simple, Olay. The Nivea items had the best margin so I went for those. Think there is a lot of Johnson's stuff not showing on msm too
Avoid
Nivea Refreshing Facial Wash Gel (150ml) Asda £3.30 and
Nivea Visage Daily Essentials Rich Regenerating Night Cream (50ml) Asda £4.00 and
Nivea Visage Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover (125ml) Asda £3.30 and
Nivea Visage Refreshing Cleansing Lotion for Normal and Combination Skin (200ml) Asda £3.30
as these are N/A at T.
These three show as in the offer on msm, so only one or two of these
Nivea Refreshing Facial Wash Gel (150ml) Asda £3.30
Nivea Visage Extra Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover All Skin Types (125ml) Asda £3.30
Nivea Visage Visage Refreshing 2in1 Cleanser & Toner (200ml) Asda £3.30
Best return is three of Nivea Visage Tinted Moisturising Day Cream Natural (50ml) Asda £4.00 - £6 spend and APG £7.30
BUT - T offer ends 08/04 and at some point it will drop off msm even if T roll it over, so check T prices on msm tomorrow before buying.
Thanks for your quick response RN, it's appreciated.0 -

Do let us know how you get on with the 5/2 diet. Someone mentioned it to me and I do keep thinking I should give it a go, but it has not yet happened.
I just can't stop shoving pizza, crisps and chips down my trap!0 -
