Rubbish I can't get into it at all. I have done it before and really worked for me. I am finding life really stressful with my ds who is 6 major behaviour problems but got proposal of statement this week. My daughter has sight probs and it has suddenly crept up on me that she starts school in september and have not thought about what help she will need so really worried. No excuse really I should be able to stop eating rubbish. i am at work with colleagues and discussing the 5/2 diet which is tempting me.
I keep forgetting to change my signature x

And the bike ride? If you don't mind me asking :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

If it helps it is often difficult to find - just a cluster of bottles on the top shelf or the suchlike.

Thanks, have looked all over top shelf, will try harder.

in my t's it above the rest of the milk and usually only 4 on the shelf. in my m's there was 1 on the shelf above the rest of the milk. did you ask anyone?

Have looked all over milk aisle and asked and they are hopeless in my store, they tend to say "if not on shelf then we havnt got any"

weightwatchers is fab you know really works - dunno how much you have to lose :Abut ww will give you an average weight loss of 2lbs a week if you stick to it - easy to stick to and healthy taboot. It is tricky to get going tho when there is stress in your personal life. I have slammed on a stone with these blinking glitches- returned to ww last Thursday.........watch this space:)
