So you blabbed to your mum, who then blabbed to your neighbour. Lovely family.

So you don't discuss things with people?? And I discussed this with my mother who told her neighbour - they have had experience or so they say in HR.

I can now see why you're notanewuser....

    Wow

I was going to congratulate you on being so lucky to walk away with a FWW.

Ah well you see I had thought it'd be a FWW but it wasn't it was a written warning, I have a letter confirming the same. I got confused.

But on reflection, mainly after your subsequent posts, I have no doubt that your employer would be well rid of you, so good luck with your interviews.

Thank you so much for this! The good luck that is. one job was too small a firm again, I do have an interview though with another company next week.

See my other posts, my employer is quite happy with my work/conduct as he had an informal chat with me last week reiterating the same.

(though you do realise your employer can include the fact that you're on a FWW in any reference?)

I'm sure they can do this. I think I'll speak to him and not rely on some jumped up expert for advice but thanks anyway.

Oh dear. If you are going to insult people, please do it properly. Muppet.

Why would I call someone a Muppet when I don't even know them?!

You obviously think you're what, some cool person whose user name is a reference to a song.... LMAO

Like I said before, frustrated people on here, think they're experts but aren't. will go to proper experts in future!!!

You don't seem to have an issue calling people things when you don't really 'know' them judging your previous posts.

And you obviously think you're the paragon of virtue, when in fact you're a vile little snake who I'm surprised hasn't been kicked out the door by your boss, as it sounds long overdue. Shame he doesn't know you considered blackmailing him with his irrelevant sexuality.

It doesn't take an expert to see what you really are.

An FWW is a written warning - it's a Final Written Warning. And I agree that you were very lucky to get just that.

And never, never, discuss work issues on Facebook again. Doing that will eventually catch up with you whatever else happens.

I hope you can move on from this to a happier place, OP, but you might need to reign in your sarcasm and lack of respect towards others (and yourself) before you can do that. Good luck anyway.
