The bit I edited and was cross posted before I saw this last reply actually tells you why.
Feel free to post back, I won't answer, I did said leave it in this post and that was serious , but I will say mse have been alerted and if you troll any further..............
What a man you hit report instead of the wife. Well done psychobri.0 -
Well I've just hit the report button again, this time for you sending malicious private messages to me.
I said I wouldn't post again but it's just to show everyone else that you are just another classic troll, pm all you like, they will go straight to to mse like that last one.
PS.I do find some irony in the fact that someone who calls them self "chopper", has called me a knob and then a bell end amongst other things in private. :rotfl::rotfl:
The posts have started disappearing I note, but don't worry, I copied what was post 50 off to mse.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
I found that one of these is far better than a grinder for cutting slabs. But at £25 a day probably dearer to hire than a grinder.Forgotten but not gone.0

I've cut slabs with a 4.5" angle grinder. There is no need to cut all the way through. However, I normally use a 9" grinder because it is a lot quicker. In either case, diamond discs are a must. I usually wait until my neighbours are out or better, on holiday, because the dust created can be substantial.
I generally use Makita or Bosch blue power tools but I originally had a cheapo 'Challenge' 9" grinder that lasted a year of fairly hard DIY use.0 -

They are useful, all pro pavers have 1 but when it comes to notching out a corner they have to revert to the grinder, I quess if you only have 1 tool, it has to be a grinder;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
