Don't panic if they have your address. These one man band types are very unlikely to attempt court.Parking Cowboys0

I may have stumbled across a problem, and need to check some paperwork tomorrow.
I believe that to get the permit to park, when the company was hired by our agents, we had to submit some paperwork. I have a feeling, it was either a copy of a V5, or a utility bill as such.
I now think that means I am going to have to pay
If i didnt live here, then I would just be putting this in the bin and forgetting all about it. However, I now think that they have all my details as I have already provided them willingly about a year ago....
I will check and see if I have any paperwork to remind me about what I needed to send
Don't be daft, you certainly don't have to pay them anything at all! This would never go to court in a month of Sundays. In regards to showing them a utility bill, what difference does that make ? Don't people sell cars or lend them to people ? In your case only the driver is liable nobody else. This company has no idea who that is.
Just ignore this scam invoice from a scam company who are trying to scam you. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I understand that there are companies out there that are a disgrace. However I am in a position where it will be neccessary for me to use a company to issue fines.
The situation is that we are a block of 4 maisonettes and we have land that we pay ground rent for.
Recently the council has introduced parking restrictions on their property, now the residents who don't want to pay for their parking are parking on our land. This leaves us and our visitors nowhere to park. As we pay for that land I do not see this as fair on us, so we have to stop it. And yes we will use a company that will fine these drivers. We have situation where scumbags who know this is private property think it's OK to do as they please.0 -

If people can drive on to your land unhindered it is part of the highway and the councils parking restrictions apply to it.
Your land has to have a clearly defined or marked boundary.
Let me repeat that clearly defined or marked boundary.
This is case law as per Appeal court ruling.Be happy...;)0 -

What makes you think you can issue fines? If you think you can, then I fine you £100 for reading this post, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.
Please PM me for payment details.0
