IE opening as a 2 inch web page

my IE has started opening as around a 2 inch square mimi site in the middle of the screen at the top and I am unable to resize it and have installed ie10 in hopes it would fix it and MS fix i did not work so now I am stuck unable to fix this.

Please help if you have any ideas on how I can fix this.

Try this
Click 'Start'
Right click on the IE shortcut then select 'Properties'
At the bottom in the box titled 'Run' select 'Maximized
Click 'Apply' then OK.

If that does not work go here and download "IE New Window Maximizer".

It runs in the background and will automatically open IE in a full window. :j

... or you could ignore the bug-ridden POS that is IE and install a better and safer browser such as Firefox, (or Chrome or Opera )

If you must keep patching the broken browser that is IE then look here

Try CTRL and + or 0 IE appears to be full screen but the argos site is tiny , what happens when you open a new tab ?

If you have a scroll on your mouse hold control and then scroll up and down a bit - see what happens.

its your zoom settings it looks liked it has zoomed right out.
