Well, I've caught up now (aside from cleaning the oven - didn't need it this week with the boys being away the last 2 weekends); the fudge is in the fridge and the T-bread will be ready in a few minutes (smells lovely!)
Fridge done and the black bags are all ready for the binmen tomorrow when they call at some unearthly hour - I have enormous respect for the job they do! Ashamed to admit I had to throw some celery into the compost bin, it was too far gone to rescueThe chicken has been awarded the task of seeing off some cold cooked new potatoes - she's a real hero and taken the task to hand with full gusto

Good morning all.
I had a wonderful weekend being 'crafty'! Now back to reality. DH surprised me by tidying up and vacuuming for which I was very pleased but kitchen looks like a bomb has hit it. So, now that I have read all the posts from the last three days I can get started, though, I think I'll have a cup of tea first.
Does anyone know if washing soda will get the marks off my glass oven door? I don't use chemicals so door is difficult to clean.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Only after the next lot of ebay I'll be stopping to have lunch. :rotfl:

Coupled with elbow grease - yes. I'd advise making up a hot, strong solution and putting it in a squirty bottle to apply it though. Let it soak and use lots of elbow grease~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks Queenie. I will give it a go. I have a spare squirty bottle so will set to and make up a solution. Not so sure about the 'elbow grease' though. I am a bit short of that!!business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Many thanks aimee and wifl and everyone for info re stardrops ... am saving the dogs plastic day beds which need a good scrub especially to see how it does them!!! The stardrops thread was mega helpful, thanks !! I cant use many of the sprays as they make me sneeze non stop so hopefully it wont set it off.
Well the new agents have been round to measure and photo etc - and it is pouring here - so my nice clean kitchen floor for the photos now isn't again - but I am not doing it again till tomorrow as the dogs are in and out- and OH will be later with his size 12's. Maybe the sun will come out tomorrow .... ( damn now I am going to have that tune in my head all **&&&*! day)
Been to PO and charity shop though so am pretty well done for today except work orders to see to and listing and stuff to do - oh and the SC to get on ...
and the dog bedding to hang out if it ever stops raining ....0
