hi everyone, i haven't been here for ages and ages :O
now that my house is all sparkly clean my wooden door frames are dirty and bugging me. i don't want to paint them but what do i use to clean them?

windolene worked wonders almost effortlessly on the upvc frames, but i guess i can't use that on wood?

hopefully now that the house is properly clean i will be more motivated to keep it this way so will be here more often and will get to know you all this time :)

I've had a crappy day with charlie, just howling every time i have moved away from him. In the time it took to make cheese on toast we got to full on hysterics, and i put him in bed as normal for him to settle himself, and i had to go up in the end and rock him.

Nothing really achieved. Didn't even get to the vets.

So, i've just had to wash a few pots, get the bin and recycling box out, put DH's jeans in TD, put compost out, make bottles, and i'm just trying to cook dinner.

Then i guess i have to crack on with marking as i have missed my first deadline today, and i really should make tomorrow or i will end up in bother.

My sister said she would have Charlie for a few hours tomorrow so i can get a bit done, but to be honest, i think i am going to have to pull a late one tonight.

Not impressed with DH as he is not in from work, hasn't phoned to say he is running late, and didn't bother to text me back to say he would call in the vets. If he had of done i would have had to try and get there myself to pick up Fred's special food for his kidney stones even if that would have meant trailing a screaming baby, rather than leaving the poor cat to suffer for longer.

I guess if sister has him tomorrow morning for me, i will have to prioritise doing the marking, but will also now have to try to get to the vets, and the library, and the post office to send the stuff of to make my deadline, and try to do a bit of the housework before i feel like exploding.

I can tell i'm stressed as my skin is horrible at the minute, and i feel so down.

AAAAH. Best get on or i will never hit bed tonight.

    Michelle, x

Michelle, have a hug. You're juggling a lot on your ownsome, mi dear.
Purplecatlover, welcome back. Keep at it!

I'm well and truly caught up I think, bathroom and bedroom done and two wash loads this evening. I'm just on here while I wait for my tea to be ready. Then I think it's book and bed.

Have a good evening. Hi Denise, haven't a clue if it's morning or afternoon by now!
