I'm buying from each category, but prefer to place as 1 order to get free delivery over £20.00

If I click on DVD's on topcashback and add to basket on Amazon and while there add a video game and checkout, would the 2% from videogame count also?

My AA Breakdown Cover cashback was declined back in August. I decided to go with the AA as i seen the offer on MSE.

Anyone else had the same problem?

@Marvel1 – I believe each category tracks separately with this retailer but you may need to lodge a claim if it doesn’t show as expected.

When did the member start having to pay for their membership?


I'm sure this never used to be a thing as i'm fairly positive that's one of the reasons i went over to you from Quidco, who were charging an annual membership fee.


I had someone join up with you and they're now wanting to withdraw money to their account but it's saying that £5 has been held back for their annual membership fee.



I don't remember this?

First time poster so looking for some help. I ordered virgin media 2-3 months ago at a rate of 170 cashback. The ordered hasn’t tracked and haven’t heard anything at all. Is anyone able to look into this please ?

@Kenny009uk- We would advise to lodge a claim on the customer service section of the site if you are unable to see a transaction after seven days. If you have any issues trying to lodge a claim please submit a support ticket and the team there can help you lodge this.

I've checked my own account which is "Classic". This person doesn't remember selecting "Plus" so either they've done it without knowledge of it or it's been auto-selected which they didn't want.


Anyway, they've cancelled auto-renew. Bottom line is - is there any way they can not pay the £5 and still receive their cashback or is it too late for that now and they have to pay the £5?

I make regular purchases from eBay and AliExpress which usually become payable quite quickly. Usually within a month. Haven't had anything drop into payable for over a month now. eBay and AliExpress purchases from October are still pending. Are there delays in the system at the moment?
