I always play safe with these offers and ensure I spend at least minimum spend + vat amount.
I agree, if you are unsure.
Groupon and Wilko include cashback on VAT, so a £10 spend would be fine.
Others that pay ex-VAT need a minimum £12 spend.
It should be better worded tbh, as a £10 spend can be different to cashback tracking at £10 spent!

The item was out of stock and placed on back order. The cashback offer has since expired and is now a lower value.
If your order number is the same, I'd imagine the original, higher cashback would apply. So, when you ordered as the click-through would be both date and time stamped.
I had a similar issue with Wayfair (Quidco) and the price actually dropped when the item came back in stock. Amazingly, my cashback did change to a lower %, but was correct (to the new price) and was paid.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Done the support ticket, no help. My plus membership ends in November, if I downgrade now do you reclaim all the other pluses to go along with the cashback you have 'mislaid'?Save 12k in 2020 #19 £12,429.06/£14,0000

Hi everyone,
@brizzledfw – While I can’t promise that I will be able to make this payable, I am happy to check this out if you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk
@[insert name here] - I do believe this should be based on when you actually purchased and so if this has not happened please lodge a claim for this.
@pjran – Many thanks for sharing your views. We do feel making the headline offer ‘ £x bonus when you spend £10 tracked spend’ will be confusing to our members but I am happy to pass on your suggestions for improvement. We work very hard to manage our members' expectations with these bonuses - as if we are not clear this defeats the object of holding these bonuses.
Most merchants who exclude VAT do have a note on them and we are also happy to double check should you wish us to for you.
@skid112 - I am happy to review this for you if you email mse@topcashback.co.uk
Best wishes,

thanks but I am done with TCB, will not darken your doorstep again. I have asked on the site and been told to click the disable auto renew, which I have done. Will collect the near £50 which is due, always assuming you don't find a way to withhold that and I will be offSave 12k in 2020 #19 £12,429.06/£14,0000

Yet another issue with the TCB bonuses not going to payable!
July £2.50 one this time, so I'd be grateful if this could be 'corrected'.
It was for a Groupon purchase, which went to payable quickly.
A TCB postive here as I've tried a little experiment with Groupon.
TCB, as above paid very quickly.
Imutual - gone to 'extended'.
Quidco - 'The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay.' - that's for a May purchase!
I'm not too sure why the other two cashback sites haven't been paid, but TCB win hands down here. Quidco haven't paid a May Groupon purchase, but TCB have paid July's along with other previous ones.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Hey everyone,
@skid112 – I can see you share the username on our website. I can see you profited quite hugely from this year of Plus Membership. Therefore it would mean you lose out quite hugely if you switched during this current year.
@B_M - I have been able to make that bonus payable for you and raised the potential issue with our tech team to investigate for you. I am pleased that your Groupon purchase has progressed for you.

I think you'll find that TCB have profited, I made £24.70 for my £5. Total amount rejected since Feb? £75. As our Colonial cousins would say "you do the math"Save 12k in 2020 #19 £12,429.06/£14,0000

I have a couple of outstanding cashback claims with Top Cashback. The big one, for £60, is from Sept 2016, when I took out car insurance with AXA, I waited til Dec for the claim to be submitted. After nudges and queries. TCB say it was added to their query log in May but I'm still waiting. My car ins is now due but I am wary of using TCB again.
I also have an outstanding claim on Staysure Ins from June 2016 but am just told that TCB are "still chasing this".
Anyone got any advice please?0
