It's now a week since you promised to update me on BT mis-tracking, Samantha.
See post #2786. Still not lifted from £168, so claim started.0 -
When clicked states got known tracking issues, Why doesnt the tracking issues get sorted before an enhanced aka "exclusive rate" is offered?

Hi everyone,
@legendkiller2k8 - It's great to hear that your cashback has now been successful.
@HRT dependant - This is certainly something I can help with. Please drop me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can do this for you.
@Kim_13 - If you could also email me with the net amount and the total amount I can speak with our Claims Team and get this amended if needed.
@bxboards - Between us and the merchant is the cashback network and they are the first port of call as they also decline cashback if they believe another company should be paid the commission. In addition to this, it is very much down to each individual claim and the situation it is in. If you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk I will take a look into your claim for you.
@woodface7 - I have spoken to Samantha about this and we are awaiting to hear back with a definite conclusion to this. I am in contact with the member of staff who is investigating this and will let you know when I hear anything.
@bristolleedsfan - This message could be down to numerous things including just the matter of the merchant's inability to track mobile transactions which is clearly earmarked on their TopCashback page. As I am sure you can understand it would be unfair to members not to give them higher rates if it is just down to an inability to track mobile transactions but we also like to warm members about potential tracking issues.
I do hope this helps everyone.
Best wishes,

Just a quick thought....if TCB and their affiliates deem it necessary to decline transactions because they believe another referrer was involved....would it not be the "decent" thing to do, to provide the purchaser with the name of that "supposed" referrer so it can be taken up and queried with them by the purchaser....otherwise you end up with the situation that the "supposed" alternate referrer pockets the cash.
Which then would lead you to believe the converse is true with TCB and their affiliates....eg if a referrer declines cashback because they believe some one else was used, in this case TCB, the purchaser gets no money, but the referrer gets it?
It makes sense if a cashback site declines a cashback because another referrer was used that the other referrer would have cashback but no one to pay it to.
Anyone care to comment? Keep me right on this?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -

For anyone who doesnt currently hold a Tesco Credit Card and likes to play Credit Card application for Cashback game this is a cracker - very low initial credit limit offered means much increased likelyhood of having application accepted and tracked in for me within 24 hours.:j

Look at the tracking stats though...90% success Auto Tracking Reliability.
That means 1 out of 10 click throughs need a claim which is astonishingly high. That points to a systematic issue.
I have a claim open for over 4 1/2 months for the No Fee version as I posted above. The stats were 87% for that, so looks like a systematic issue with Tesco and non-trackers.0 -
Thanks for the reply.
Do I need to submit the claim with the figure it allows before emailing or just email all three figures (total, what I think the net is and what the page says the net is?)
Thanks again.0 -

In April I had a different Tesco Credit Card variation track and pay via TCB - 2/2 - 100% tracking

Since 2007 - 3051.00 claimed
Rare I have had to put in a non tracking claim - twice if my memory serves me correct
Reviews - No Fee Version
Sort by newest date first doesnt indicate a systematic issue with Tesco and non-trackers in anyway shape or form
