    Is this the same as another network or affiliate claiming you went through them...?
    No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

    definitely NOT the case in my case:
    if I would have wanted to claim offer twice then I would have purchased 2 products on separate receipts and submitted receipt 1 to TCB S&S and receipt 2 to CheckoutSmart (or Quidco's ClickSnap)

    anyway, as I said previously, TCB Customer Service replied to me that receipt for the first run of Amstel offer was illegible (it was blurry, I admit, but with the little dose of willingness, there was LAGER £1.50 line possible to read on it), so allegations about sending the same receipt to two networks are unfounded...

    whatever, I am resting now my case, won't fight for pennies (well 300p...) as it is not worth my time

    @mamabuddah - It is a very similar situation to last referrers. As we are now a publisher of Check Out Smart offers, you are able to load your receipt using different platforms - however you can only earn cashback once. So, for example, if you loaded this direct to Check Out Smart and received your money back - you will not be able to upload the same receipt to TopCashback and earn cashback again for the same offer.

    @jadex As this is your first time uploading your receipt - we will be able to look in to this further for you if you would like? Please kindly send this receipt to mse@topcashback.co.uk and we will be more than happy to take another look. If the offer is visible to the naked eye and it meets the terms and conditions, we will be able to process this for you.

    I hope this explains things further for the both of you, but anything else, just send us a post!

    For this payout, around 5 months, but they are usually quicker than this , sometimes 3-4 weeks

    HAHA typically after saying I've never had a problem my cashback claim for an accepted Tesco credit card has been rejected, despite me being accepted for a card...


    When I try to submit a missing cashback claim the website goes to your 'Ooops something went wrong'...
