Hi there I used TCB in April 2015 to take out my home insurance with Legal and General. I am still waiting for it. I have lodged a complaint on Sept 9th 2015. I requested an update in Jan 16 after a number of 'nudges' and still haven't had a response or my cashback.
Also despite previously having a payout from TCB, lately when I go to do this it says that my account is not authenticated and I should reply to the email that I am sent but I never receive an email!!

@B_M - I am glad that nearly all of your progressing transactions have progressed already. I can see your Hotelopia transaction is not due to progress until a few more weeks yet but if this passes please do let me know and I will be able to take a closer look into this for you.

@Mazcabs - If you could also send me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk I'll be able to take a look at your account and claim and see what is happening. In regards to email authentication, we are aware certain email providers are preventing some emails from reaching people and this isn't limited to TopCashback. Once I have an email from you I can manually authenticate this for you but in the long term you may consider changing your email address.

Hi sorry if this is somewhere within the thread. I have looked but can't find answer. I'm trying to withdraw £50 of cash into tesco points as I believe this to be a good deal. I have £137 and realise I can only do £50 (first time I've withdrawn cash) Its charging me £10 admin fee plus another £2 odd. Is this the case every time you withdraw cash? Thanks for any help and sorry again if the answer is staring me in the face.0

Serious issues with Barclaycard on two separate transactions ongoing since June & July 2015. I have received the following from TCB:
"Hi there,
Sorry to contact you out of the blue.
I can confirm that your claim has recently been sent to the merchant''s affiliate network as part of a large outstanding file.
The affiliate network will be working with the merchant to resolve all of the outstanding claims that have been sent on this file.
Please be assured that we will do our utmost best in trying to reach a resolution to your claim as soon as possible, however please do bear in mind that due to the manual work that is required, we do ask that you continue to bear with us whilst we await a response.
We will be in touch as soon as we receive any further updates.
Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation on this."
TCB needs to look at booting Barclaycard out if they or their affiliate network are not coughing up!0 -
Hi,
I have booked some hotels through Expedia. Expedia have a best price guarantee and if I find the same hotel/dates etc at a lower price will give me a refund for the difference. My bookings have tracked at the original booking rate - can you tell me how using the best price guarantee will affect my cashback. Will it pay at the lower hotel rate or will the cashback be cancelled?

I am a bit puzzled - we moved into a property and ordered Sky on 9th December. The claim moved to 'confirmed', but when I look at the payment stats, about a week ago it said that money had been received for transactions in December and now it has moved on to say that another payment has been received from Sky in February for transactions in January. My 'confirmed' December payment hasn't moved to payable and it's for £136.50, so not an insignificant amount to 'lose'! Please could you look into it?0

Hi folks. i am relatively new and slightly dubious of this cashback business. However, over the last year or so i have started to dabble ... mainly few pennies here or couple pounds here. Which brings me to my two biggest, by far claims .... both of which have been declined!!
Jan 2015 - Harveys Furniture - £95
Nov 2015 - Tesco Bank (car insurance) - £55.00
Both have been declined with the following response "claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral ...." ..... Now this is fundamentally not true!!. I am very careful that i go thru topcashback site before checking out and paying.
To lose £140 is not funny and seems to make a mockery of the whole idea/system.
Is there any further recourse i can take ..... It seems to much of a coincidence to me??0 -

@bisto44 - Each member does start on Plus Membership but can opt out of it within 30 days of signing up. Plus Membership leads you to gaining access to increased benefits in exchange for a £5 annual cashback deduction. If you don't believe you are benefiting from Plus Membership please let me know in a personal email using mse@topcashback.co.uk. I can then help you further.
@karl271186 - I can assure you if we do have continued issues with a specific merchant we do take action which can result in a merchant being taken from site. Our Claims Team will try their hardest to get you a resolution as soon as possible.
@flightinfo - I can confirm that the cashback amount will be affected and recalculated based on the new amount of the purchase.
@Bugalugs - Merchants pay in batches and therefore it can mean that some transactions are paid for sooner than others. Please check your estimated payable date which you can find by clicking on 'my earnings' > ' cashback by date' as this should give you the best idea of when to expect your transaction to progress.
@g4fne - The answer you have been provided with is not one we can further query as it normally means the commission has been accredited to someone else. However, clearing your cookies and cache can reduce the chance of a transaction being declined for this reason.

Hi Matt,
I have a Sun Bingo at the confirmed stage, from beginning of January.
According to the stats, the last payment TCB received was in Feb 16 for transactions in Feb 16.
I've tried to submit a support ticket, but for some reason it won't let me!!Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0
